What if I need to cancel an appointment?
If for any reason you are unable to keep to an appointment, please contact Tempus Photographical immediately.
- 1 week or more notice – No cancellation fee incurred. Deposit either refunded or carried over to next session.
- Between 4 and 7 days notice - 20% of agreed fee.
- 2 to 3 days notice – 35% of agreed fee.
- Less than 48 hours – 50% of agreed fee.
NB: No exceptions/concessions to this tariff will be made.
Do you airbrush your images?
Tempus Photographical can edit its imagery extensively using a vast array of specialist image-editing suites. As a general rule, only basic editing such as colour adjustment, brightness, contrast, cropping (where appropriate) and sharpening etc, is applied to our imagery. However, if required, minor blemishes, fine wrinkles, spots, birthmarks and alike can be effectively airbrushed from your images.
At Tempus, we have found that this is a contentious subject and would always consult first with our clients before undertaking any advanced photo-editing.
