What are the related terms and conditions of your shoots?
- All imagery remains the copyright of Tempus Photographical; all rights reserved.
- All studio sessions need to be booked in advance and secured with a deposit of 20%. NB: Cancellation fees applicable. See here for details.
- All model(s)/client(s) posing for Studio/Portraiture/Commission work, must complete a Model Release Form or ‘liability waiver’ before shooting commences. This is a standard legal document which is signed by the participant(s) depicted and grants permission to Tempus Photographical to publish the imagery taken.
Such forms are common practice within the photography trade; additionally, Model Release Forms require the model(s) / client(s) to sign to confirm that they are 18 years old or over.
- If under eighteen, a parent/guardian must be present at all times and their signature must also be added to the document.
- A duplicate copy will be issued at time of completion for the model(s)/client(s) personal records.
