Travel Expenditure
A mileage charge will be made if the photographer is required to travel in excess of 25miles. That fee is set at 80p/mile, one way only.
Example
Total distance travelled: 29 Miles
Mileage Fee: 29 x £0.80 = £23.20
Round Trip: 58 Miles
Mileage Fee: 29X £0.80 (one way only) = (£23.20)
Significant Travel Distances
For shoots requiring the Photographer to travel far beyond the confines of Lancashire and Cheshire, train fare, domestic flights or similar and any subsequent taxi-hire costs etc for the shoot are to be provided and met in full by the client and are to be in place in advance of the commencement date.
